How do you tell someone that you like them?

Any hints anybody,this to me to tell someone you like them. Who knows if I would ever be able to do this, but I know that I may never do it and will regret when I die. Which is not a good thing. Has anyone ever told someone that you like them, how did you do it. Did you tell that person when no one else was around to hear????Did the person like you back or did you get shot down, I would find that embarrassing if the other person didn't like you. Still I am willing to try if anybody knows of some good ways to do this. Don't forget everyone Valentines Day is coming up soon!!!!I usually love this holiday because I get to tell my friends thank you for being my friend and that they are so great. I always like to bake cookies and put them in little bags for them. When you like someone usually your heart beats fast when you see them or when they talk to you. I know that this embarrasing, but I get really nervous sometimes and stutter. I feel horrible when I stutter on my words because I feel ashamed of myself and that he is probably judging me on that.
