I was just wondering if anyone has ever studied abroad? And if so, where did you go?
I just got thinking about it because a friend of mine got accepted to study abroad in Ireland.
I would LOVE to visit Europe...and this may be a cool way to do it.
So, I ask again, how did you like studying abroad? How did you pay for it?
And if you have never done it before, do you want to?
ANYTHING you can tell me about studying abroad, please do!

Oooh yeah, collecting different coins would be cool!
What kind of work is he doing there? Is he back yet, or still there?
Thanks for sharing!

I would have liked to have gone to Europe, too. But our college had funding for me to go to Canada one summer. Fully funded, one summer. Couldn't pass that up. I applied at the Canada House at SUNY Plattsburgh, was excepted and spent the summer in a French immersion program in Laval Quebec. It was great. I loved it. so if you get a chance, GO FOR IT!

Wow! I wouldn't be able to pass up a full funded trip either. It would be awesome if I got a fully funded trip to Europe!! lol

Its cool to study abroad, you can have a lot of fun, you have so many places to go, and experienced different people and different culture.Studying abroad needs a lot of money. If I,d given the chance will I prefer to study there in the U.S or in Europe,More particularly in England,France,Germany and in Italy.
Those places where cool, I often read those places in books and magazines or seen those places on television news and movies.
Australia is a good place too, to study. I heard a lot of people specially from the faculty of my university studied their for their masters and doctorate or research programs. Some that came their tells us their wonderful experience of Australia

I looked into it just for a few minutes tonight, out of curiosity, and I saw that there are scholarships for studying abroad. So that will definitely be something I'll have to look into if I do consider doing this.
Europe would be on the top of my list...England or Ireland would be great for me, I think!

I wish I could save but..I'm paying for my college right now so it's kind of difficult (I'm not working right now).
There are scholarships for studying abroad, so that's something I would have to consider.
