AVATAR Vs TITANIC

I love watching both the Avatar and Titanic. They are both special and unique in their own ways and storyline. I think one is about the real history, with added fiction, and the other is totally science-fiction. Both are geniuses in their own right, and I enjoy watching both very much. Thumbs up to both for sure.

I more like titanic. It is very romantic film. It based on true story.

The Avatar's special effect is impressive for me. Although the story doesn't give me a big surprise. But it is no doubt that the technology plays a main role in this movie and it is nice. It makes the 3D movie much more popular. I love China

I think this two movie is different type.I feel shaking when I wachting avatar,because it show us a fatanstic future world.but when I watched titanic,I was impressed by the love story.avtar makes me thinking,thinking of future,and titanic makes me memorize,memorize a love story.I like them both,they give me different feeling.

I would love titanic type of movies because i did not like animation movies.

I watch Titanic since I was a kid, I always see this movie and i love the story, is a classic. Avatar is really good, but not better than titanic, never.

i have not seen avatar but hear its amazing! i did see Titanic only because i am very interested in that time period of history and because my Grandfather was a sailer on the Atlantic that night.

I believe that we cannot compare between the two great movies especially Titanic and Avatar because they belong to different genre. While Titanic is inspired by the past event which is very sad to remember, Avatar is inspired by the possibility that someday we will meet beings from another planet. What I like about Titanic is the charm of the era. I kinda imagine myself living in that time and feel the moment strolling in the deck one quiet and windy afternoon. My fondness then develop as the plot develop. Finally, seeing that Rose (lead actress) somehow meet Jack (lead actor) in heaven or so, I feel that waiting (until we cross over) is worth it. As for Avatar, what I like about the movie is the connection between all creation in planet Pandora. The idea is not new but it gives the audiences things to wonder about. Although the connection in Pandora is rather physical, I think that it represent well what the idea of "through him, with him, in him" is all about. It also give me additional thing to think about. That is the colonization of a race by the (perceived) superior race. It is interesting to note that despite the might of the colonizer, The Pandora people still prevail.

Hello wesley, Between the two i prefer titanic because the movie happened to be a true story and about unsung heroism and love. i don't know much about avatar as far as am concerned it's just good with computer graphics and special effects. but if it's sci-fi, i prefer war movies like bablylon 5 and battlestar galactica.not to mention startrek and starwars

i just watched avatar last night. the new technology in movie making is fantastic! i'm it'd be an awesome experience if i'd watch it in imax screen or 3d! wish i could've witch it there! i'm not a big titanic fan. so i like avatar more than titanic.
