what is the minimum payout of needearn?

I have suscribed to their affiliate program and put links on my site but i don't have any referals who joins it. But i read on others forums that this affiliate program is a big scam! Some people have many referals and when they reach the minimum cashout, 000webost doesn't pay them and doesn't aanswer to their mail. So their affiliate program is just create to attract people and nothing else...
