What is your favorite story of healing in the bible? Mine favorite is Luke 8:40. The story of the woman who had a bleeding disorder and no one else could help her. Because she believed, she was healed.

                    Hi coloradorose .
Mine is ...
Mark 1:41 And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.
The cries out to Christ to be healed. I can almost hear Christ, being full of compassion, say "I will."

Mine is the one about the man who was "laid daily at the gate of the temple" who had been born lame. When Peter and John passed by, they healed him instead of giving him money. What an awesome moment that had to be!
I often think of the words of Peter: "Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk."
Silver and gold will not cure all (or even most) illnesses, but the riches we have in Christ can heal anything.

In Luke 17: 11-19, Jesus heals 10 lepers and only one came back to him to show his gratitude. I like that story and Also in Mark 2:1-12 where Jesus heals a paralyzed man and forgives the man of his sins.
