Cat, Dog or Horse?

Hello Code In the past, I've enjoyed both a dog and a cat, but I now live where the only pets I can have are the wildlife outside in the yard, so that is what I enjoy...birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and deer. I think animals/pets are nice in that they teach us a lot about ourselves through the unselfish way they love and accept us. Karen

Horse, although I know many cats and dogs too. Horse because it is easier to find someone to take care of him when I go on a holiday than a dog or cat. Plus I like ride, and to ride a horse there's one important thing that you really have to have :-)

We have two dog members of our family, their names are Jasmine and Michela. Michela is actually my first baby as I got her when I was nineteen years old, a little bit over a full three years before my daughter was born. Ever since I was a little girl we've always had at least one dog and the most that we've ever had was five dogs at one time. The reason that I really like dogs is that they make wonderful companions and they also serve to protect their owners.

I love all animals, and I love having pets. It's hard for me to choose out of the three- horses are beautiful and fun to ride with, cats are fun to cuddle with and dogs are fun to run and play with- but I think I'd have to go with a dog. Horses take a lot of work to take care of, and at this point of my life I just don't think I have the time. w

I do have an animal friend. Smokey my cat is like my child. I have affection for him like that I would have for any child. He sleeps with me and I find that comforting. He even talks - cat talk, but I can tell what he is trying to tell me. When I am down I go to him and talk to him or hold him and that helps me to feel better.
