Venus and Mars in opposition to each other

I was driving today and noticed the sun and the moon on opposite sides of the sky It was around 4 pm and I thought it odd..so I looked it up and venus and Mars are opposing. Mars will be in the ENE after sunset, Venus will be a little left above the sun. Thought I'd share that! One day soon, I'm going to invest in a telescope and stargaze :)

thats very interesting. having a telescope can be a very fun thing to use. and learning more about the stars, and planets is a good hobby.
