What did you feel? Why did you not sleep? Any significant reason? I have tried for the reason that we have to finished a spot map. And we have to go to school after that. I felt disoriented and cannot focus 'coz i'm so sleepy.

Well when i was in night shifts, i tried on sundays as i have most of the guest around and we play and have lots of fun. So i tried not to sleep, but after 2 days, you will feel you will be inactive and bit of laziness. So sleep is important for our day-to-day life.

I longest I experienced being awake is 36 hours. That was when I'm still at college. We had a group review at a friends house. We review all day and night. Then when the morning came we all drink red bull and went to school for the exam. We all pass and we didn't get sleepy during our exam. The problem came when I'm going home. I became so sleepy that I ask the jeepney driver to wake me up when we reach our destination. I felt really dizzy when the driver woke me up. I walked and got to home. And I thank God I didn't get hit by vehicles when I was crossing the roads.

Yes, I have experienced this situation wherein I really wasn't able to sleep for the entire 24 hours. I was still a college student that time and I was busy doing a lot of requirements at school. I was preparing for the activity the next morning and I finished it when I was already about to go to school the following day. I really felt so confused and disoriented that time, same with what you felt before. I guess it was normal. I felt like my body was about to collapse. It was really an extremely bad feeling that I wouldn't want to happen again.

One time in college I was up for about 40 hours straight. I did this because I had some things that were due and stayed up all night to finish them. I was up all day for class, all night doing work, all the next day for class and by that night, I was a zombie with a headache. I also was very hyper. When I do not get enough sleep or it is very late and I still need to stay up, I get to a point where I find everythng hysterically funny and laugh at the slightest provacation. I have done this before at my job also. A lady and I who stay late and work together a lot both have the laughing issue and it can get quite comical when it's midnight or 1 and we are still trying to get something done.

Not sleeping... I've been doing that a few times. The cause is when I must finish my study task. If it's difficult, I must be ready not to sleep. In the morning, I have class and in afternoon to evening I have do work.. Yeah just like that..Vycess.
