I'm so sorry you are in pain.
From personal experience, I tend to take a Nurofen tablet if the pain doesn't go away on its own (it usually does) but if you wanted a more natural way of stopping it, I don't really know the answer to be honest. If I feel really "rough" then I will take a hot bath, which is brilliant for me because, most of the time I shower, so it's a kind of "treat" if you like. Hope this helps.

Hello, I'm sorry that you suffer from painful periods. I have had that problem my whole life. Pain medications and heating pads do little to dull the pain. I recently began having Mayan abdominal massage done to treat infertility and it helps with cramps as well. You may want to look it up and give it a try.

Thankfully I don't have that problem any more at my age, but I used to get relief from a heating pad placed across the abdomen. I hope you are feeling better soon.

Oh I never like it when it's my time of the month because I get a lot of cramps and it hurts so bad. The way I get rid of my pain is that I take two tablets of maximum strength tylenol. That gets rid of my aching pain quick. Man I do wish though that I would not get my period anymore, that would be so wonderful to be without it.

Hi you can approach through homoeopathy. You can take colocynth 30 or mag phos 6x .They will help you. Reduce the intake of nonveg. A veg diet throughout the month can relieve the pain .You just try these.
