Hi there! I do believe that going to school is necessary because it is where you can learn things that are taught in books. i know that experience is the best teacher but however, a knowledge behind every experience should be used in order to deal with life more wisely.

exactly if you learn from books then you can just take a book home and learn from it

YES school is necessary and kindly check your spelling. Here in the Philippines, parents always say that the only treasure that they can give to their children is education. Correct me if i'm wrong, in third world countries, eventhough you are not a graduate, you can easily land a job. But other countries, it is a big deal to have education. You say it for yourself because you were able to land a job without completing your education. Nobody in this world can steal one's knowledge.

xmlukax yes if you do not know how to spell necessary yes it really is. You need an education in order to get a decent job. If you want to get ahead you must become literate, as illerate people seldom get well paying jobs. Even working as an apprentice you need to know how to talk correctly, spell correctly and have at least a little basic skills. School does more than just educate you mentally it also teaches you how to apply for work, how to dress, and how to be good in your job. a good education is never wasted.
