I saw many people don't go to hospital for common cold,They don't want to consult doctor for this simple disease like fever, cold .Some say that they don't have time to visit doctor. But these kind activities may lead to severe condition. So these people go to doctor once there own treatment doen't work. That is when the common cold become some severe virus fever ,typoid ect... So do you go to Hospital for common cold or you prefer your own treatment.

by natural way i mean i let the cough and cold go away on its own. i'm not saying about any natural remedy or medication. i just let my immune system fight through.

I don't go to hospitals just for common colds. That would be a waste of money. I just drink plenty of liquids and vitamin c. A combination of honey and lemon helps in soothing a sore throat.

You shouldn't go to the hospital for a common cold you should always consult with the pharmacy assistant and at most the pharmacist for a common cold. Im studying pharmacy assistant course and i think that each staff member working in a pharmacay should know the ins and outs of the body and how it works, have a broad product knowledge and uderstanding of who the product is suitable to treat. I think your best bet is to go to the pharmacist depending on which medications you are looking for, you should find the help you need simply this way.

No, I have not yet gone to pharmacy or hospital for common cold, simple fever and the like. I take home remedy for these in our house. Now the situation is different. Many illness are caught by virus. So, be careful.

I don't go to the hospital for a common cold. I just take some nasal decongestants, and Tylenol if I have a fever and headache as well, and I drink plenty of water and double dose my vitamin C. I know that the common cold is self-limiting, and its symptoms typically last anywhere from 3 to 10 days. If beyond that and there is still nasal stuffiness, sore throat and other symptoms despite all the remedies taken, that's when I consult the doctor.

If I know that it's only common colds, then I would just buy over-the-counter medicines. But if it stays for more than 2 weeks, I think there's probably something wrong, and that's when I'll probably consult a doctor.
