Satan made of hell fire and we are made of soil that is not flammable. If our mind is empty will easily possessed by Satan. No one can match the power of god, because it is able to melt everything. Satan tried to disrupt the human race, but we must be able to avoid it. Pray to god that we are not ruled by Satan.

No in all honesty it doesnt make sense to me....BUT thats only becuase I dont believe in any Satan or God that so many do..ONLY WE HAVE POWER over ourselves and our lives...

Hi Ravenladyj .... I was thinking similar as you .... but after almost 40 years of thinking like this (based on a scientific education) .... I was hit by severe economic impact (lost all my property over night in a big fire) .... and step by step I came back to my God ..... I don't have to prove in a scientific way that he/she exists .... I feel him/her .... so, good luck on YOUR way of truth seeking

Hi Ravenladyj.. juz wanna ask.. why is it that you don't believe in God..? do you mean for you God does not exist..?? If God does not exist..then who created you? who created the air you breath.. who created day and night..? who created everything that you see around you..???

For a few reasons actually....but basically I suppose it boils down to the fact that for me in my life believing became a hinderance as well as the fact that I CANNOT accept a so called higher power that can't accept me as I am..

yes and no..for me the "God" within dogmatic, mainstream religions is does NOT exist..however that doesnt mean I dont believe in an Ultimate Power of sorts....
If God does not exist..then who created you?

nobody...the Earth, Air and all etc wasnt created by a being/person or whatever...Thats Science NOT Spiritual

Hi, canielynne. Yes, I agree. He only has no power over me if I don't give him that power. If he does not sense my weakness he will have nothing to act upon.
Satan can only do what he senses as a weakness from anyone. And he only reacts on negativity.

Yeah, I guess it makes sense... But here's another thought. Does God have power over us? I mean, He calls us but do we obey him? He tells us all the good things that we should do but still it is up to us if we want to obey Him or not. Does that mean He has no power over us?

Yes.. for me God has power over us because we are His creation.. and He is our master.. when He call us.. and we obey him.. we receive a prize from Him but if He calls us and we don't obey him.. we deserve punishment.. yeah.. it's up to you either you follow and obey him or disobey him.. but in everything you.. there is always a punishment from him because He wants us to learn.. When we disobey Satan he can't do anything with that.. but if we disobey God.. he can do something to us so that we can learn to obey him.. so it means God has power over us.. He is the one who takes our lives, His the one who solve our problems, His the one who makes us strong.. his our master and we are just His servant,,,

Jesus is the truth and the truth will set you free. Accept Jesus Christ as you Lord & Savior, Follow his teachings. Truth is a clean living like Jesus did. Jesus is our model.It is how we will apply to our daily lives. Truth will set as free, in Jesus name.

TO me Satan has no power over you because he is not real. Even if he was real I don't go by what other people say or ask me to do. I am human being with freewill I do whatever I please. I think Satan is just an excuse. How many criminals have said that the Devil made them do it. There are no demons. Either you are right on the head or you aren't simple as that.

I don't believe that there is a person "satan" .... it is just a symbol for "the evil" in general .... and in so far your citation makes sense: as long as I follow bad things I have to blame myself for the bad results.

Hi canielynne, I agree that Satan has no power over us because he is the invention of those who want to scare people. It reminds me of the Puritan father who tied his son to the bedpost to keep him from playing games on the Sabbath, saying that if he were good he would go to heaven. When his son asked what heaven was like, the father replied: "Heaven, my son is an eternal Sabbath." Blessings.

no one has power over ourselves, nor satan or god .. its all in your own hands
god spread his "good teachings" , its in ur hands to follow or not, be good he said and u will be revarded in ur after life ..
satan spread his "teachings", follwing it, u will be rewarded in this life but this material rewards has short "span" and for that u may loose ur place as gods favourite ..

Satan has no power over you because he doesn't exist.Everyone is responsible for their own bad choices.Of course, most will never let Satan go. If Satan didn't exist, we would have no one to blame for our bad choices. Ah yes, mankind must have their blame!!

We have two minds, one says not to do, other one says do it.It is the strong mind that takes the good thing in life. Here demon remains in the bad mind , God remains in the good mind. When we are not able to take the decision then we go to temple and pray god to enlighten us to give strength to the God's mind.
