i have reach 2$ but i couldn't get payment yet? is palmbux turn into scam?

We have the same question.
But what about me, i happen to payout before so i upgrade and won their upgrade contest. but I haven't claim my cash prize yet and the issue on the paypal occurs. i posted my concern on their forum im still waiting for their answer.
