It depresses me when people don't accept me the way I am. like last evening. As a women you are in a Pub. My BF is playing darts and they ask me to join. So I did. After a while the men start talking, making jokes. I join in and joke too. Somehow that does not work. Because I am a women! It is just not fair. I got depressed last night when we got home. But, my BF says I am over exaggerating, that is not how men behave to women. I think know I finally understand why there are mostly only men in places like that. The women stay home, because they feel left out. I wish I were a man. That way I could have fun too. Without being looked at as if I were stupid. What do you think?

i've come across a lot of women who wish they were men, including my mom. but there won't be too many men who wish they were women. it's natural. men have more freedom in the way of living and they can do more things then women. but in my opinion, women should also make the most of their lives and do what's in their capability. and for the answer to your question - no, i've never wished i were a woman, and will not wish in the future too. being a woman is not the right cause to get depressed or discouraged. accept what you are given and make the most of it.

Great answer, thank-you. But, what do you think about those transsexuals? Men looking like women? Frankly I don't understand them, but okay, everyone should do what they want. I would rather be a man. But, you are right I have to accept it and make the most of it. It is boring being a women.

you can think like this, if you are a guy, you will lose your BF,your closed girl friends, beautiful clothes or something else. you know, it's the different social roles, each gender has each reason to exist. girls also have fun on their life style.so, don't be afraid, it just the differences. your BF will help you, good luck

My BF said that too; If I were a guy he would not be laying beside me. Close girl friends, I don't have. Beautiful close, I don't have. Lately I don't feel like girls have much fun, unless she is single. But then you get looked at as an SX object, that is not great either. I just wanted to be a part of the group. Social roles, I have always done mens work. I hate cooking and cleaning, though I try to do it. hahaha! A womens role is boring. I feel like I am only good to keep the house clean and make super. What else is there in a womens role? Thank-you.

hahaha, I have seen a lot of girls want to be a boy just like you in my circle. they always want to play with boys and try to join the group. At last some of them successed. In my opinion, the most important thing is to know the ideas what boys are thinking about. cuz the opinions of boys are always different from what girls got in general. you can pay attention to the interests what your BF or other boys have. such as sports, news or something else.. if possible, girls is a great topic,hahaha... womens role... I think you should try to accept it and adapt it, or you could persuade your BF to do house work or cook...haha..good luck

I also think that way too because men show strength and power.women on the the other hand show softness. There are a lot of limitations if you are a girl.Last time, I confronted my mom that I want to go to another place for work. She did not approve my proposal since I don't know anyone there. And she was afraid I might get raped and deceived by the people there. I protested and compared my elder brother who is working in another place. She said it's fine for him since he's a guy. He won't get pregnant or get fooled around. I was so disappointed. I really wish I were a boy, instead.

what "strong men" are you refering to? most so-called men are weaklings! look at the gutless coward we have in the whitehouse! I could kill most of the spineless worms running around,If I wanted to. no, gambamarcela, outside a few men most males are sniveling cowards who won't fight to protect his country or his family. if it wasn't for the us military, the country would be finished. I would rather have the terminatrix as president than any so called "man" in washington. we need a modern day margret thatcher to emerge, and take the reigns before its too late!

This is 2010, women are not as sensible as in the 60's. I for one won't let myself fall in love. I want to keep a clear mind. I can love someone, but not be madly in love. Romantic and stuff. But men can be romantic and loving too. Sometimes more so than women. But you are right, most men have problems expressing there feelings. But, as a women I wish I would not talk about feelings, men don't understand. hahaha! Don't get me wrong, I like all people. It just feels like men have more going for them. I want that too. Thank-you.
