I mean if there was a parked car and you hit it,when there's noone around.Me,I would want to talk to the owner of the car,so if I didn't know who it was I'd probably write a note and leave it on the car with contact information.I definately would not hit and run,I would not like it if someone did that to me.What about you?

If I hit somebodies car and there was nobody there I would definitely ensure that I left a note if I could not see the owner anywhere. I may wait first for a few minutes just to see if anyone comes along so that I can speak to them face to face about the whole thing.
I would not hit and run because I would too dislike it if someone did that to me and as far as I know it's the law here in the UK that you can't hit and run as it's an offence such as leaving the scene of an accident or failing to provide insurance information.

It's the same law here in the US.You'd be in trouble for leaving, the cops would look for you and you'd get charges. Some people would think they can get away with it.I noticed the people who would sneak away from the scene of an accident because they don't want to get caught drinking and driving or something.I prefer to be a good citizen here and find the owner,or leave a note of who I am.Thanks
