difference between to explain and to reason out?

hello,denverLC: Long time no see,I have just finished Chinese New Year.It's a happy life.And when I am back here,I notice you have been left mylot about one month.I hope everything goes well. Back to your question:i think reason out is a kind of explain,more meticulous.

I think it is nearly the same things as if some one had done wrong then he have to explain the things to him/her why he did that and reason out is also the same thing that he has done wrong and wants to give the reason of his/her deeds.
