'What do you want in a man?' or 'What do you want in a girl?' is often the question to the boy or girl who is seeking for his/her partner. When you are young your standard are set very high, however, as you age, you will have to lower your standards a bit and a bit and a bit...

hello chocalate, i guess it is the other way around. standards gets higher as you grow older. like teenagers likes sexy, beautiful, tall and handsome.. sort of guys. but as they get older they prefer independent, hardworking, intellectuals.. etc. so you see, perspective differs. ann

I don't remember if I had set a standard to become my partner, maybe I didn't. probably I didn't think of it that much. I just happen to fall in love with my boyfriend back then. Even though I know little about him back then. I think what matter most for me is I can live with him forever. I would be lying if I say I love everything about him, sure he has some habit that I don't like. Somehow I can adapt with him. By answering your question,'What do you want in a man?, I guess every girl would answer the same, that I want security, loyalty, understanding and most important of all loving me no matter what.

What I want from my partner is faithfulness.Men at this generation tend to get easily tempted by some flirts even though these men are committed. I don't want him to cheat and/or worse leave me for another girl. It is painful for my part if that happens. I don't know if there are still faithful men in this world. Even, husbands cheat on their wives.
