why 3d theater cost very high?

Me and my son watch movie on 3D Imax theater, yeah its very great but very expensive too.. I was thingking how about the others cant afford on watching on this kind of theater.. have equally rights so everyone can have experience watching on this theater.. If the industry want to prevent piracy be fair for the price of the cinema!!!
