Do you have normal sleeping hours?

What time do you sleep? Do you have a hard time sleeping at night often? I know someone who sleeps between 2-5 AM in the morning and wakes up before or after 12 in the afternoon. He says he has insomnia. I had that sleeping habit from pass 12 am before and then i wake up very late and it doesn't feel good so I tried adjusting my time. I tried it over and over again and at last I can sleep before 11 or earlier then wake up before ten in the morning or earlier. It feels great though I still lack activities and exercises that could make me feel better.

Sometimes I can sleep well, sometimes I could not. When many inspiration come into my mind suddenly, all I can do is use a pen to write down in order to avoid lose them. To add enough sleep time, I have to choose a time to have a rest in the afternoon of the next day.

I sleep more than what I should have, I love sleeping because it soothes the whole body and spirit. But over sleeping can have its side effects too. I mean over and lack of sleep can make you tired, so it is vital to have normal sleep.

Hi, I usually go to bed around 11 pm and then wake up around 7 am in the morning. I must have normal sleeping hours, because every morning I must go to office. But, on the weekend, it is usually I go to bed after 11 pm, and then wake up after 7 am. Have a good day. Best wishes,

Hello are you new in here? I used to sleep seven to eight hours a day. I used to sleep at eight to nine in the evening and wake up five to seven in the morning.May be it is a normal sleep. In the middle of the night, sometimes I wake up as I get hungry so I use to have my midnight snack. If you don't have your good sleep,it's better for you to consult a physician.A doctor can explain to you what is wrong with your sleeping habit.
