cooperation with other people

job whom done together will be easier and faster.but something we felt could not cooperation with other.many thing whom be reason we could not cooperation with other.
which who people you could not cooperation with other???how's your way to solve it??

..hi.. there will always be somebody in a group who wouldn't like to cooperate.. either because they want to be the leader instead, or they just don't like to cooperate.. In my personal experience, I would just leave that person and proceed with the activity.. I am not going to let that person ruin the group's activity.. Because if I keep on focusing my attention to that person, then I'll be distracted.. I might as well concentrate on my own group work.. Sometimes, its better to leave persons like that on their own because they just want some attention..
