people on febuary...? what about their attitudes?

i have met people that are born on the month of february, and as i have noticed, few of them has an attitude of being true or i can't explain eagerly but i like them. but most of all, as i have noticed that there are people mostly having problems in that month or i could say, i can't understand them in the way maybe of thier attitude. i have met a person, his birthmonth is february, i can't understand him because sometimes, he is in a good mood and then after few days or weeks, it changes... i can't really understand.. hehehe. others says that those people under that month has an attitude that others can't understand them because they say that February lacks its date not just like other months with 30 and 31. hehehe. how about you there guys, have you noticed them? what can you say about them? are there people really like that because the month lacks it's date? hmmm...
