Don't you hate it when you bite yourself?

I hate it when I bite myself. Yesterday I bit the inside of mouth! I bit it hard too! I don't know how I do something like that, but I know my back teeth sometimes hurt and I tend to shift my food to the front.. then I bite the inside of my mouth! But then this morning, it's swollen! So.. it's too easy to bite it again! I think I will eat pudding and mashed potatoes all day!Don't you hate it when you bite yourself?

Yea i hate it. But i heard that most of the reasons are insufficient nutrients of a kind. I cant remember. But probably its a coincidence that we sometimes bite ourselves. And its really painful.

Yes! I hate it because if I accidentally bite on myself, that part become swollen and very vulnerable which I almost all the time ended up repeatedly biting on myself at that same area. And it's even worse when the following day, that part became an ulcer which hurts like 1 week before it completely healed.

Hi, macdingolinger. Tell me about it! I have a bad tendency to bit my tongue.. And boy this hurts! Biting my tongue by accident, is the worse pain that one can ever feel. I can't stand when I bite my tongue. It will also bleed just a little too. Ouch!

yeah...it really hurts you know....blood comes of my mouth every time i bite it yoy know.it also starts paining you know and i feel very irritated..it happens specaially when i start eating and suddenly when i bite it it feels like my heart is coming out of my mouth
