I believe you gamers have already experienced when you start a game and your coputer starts this beeping sound, mostly it happens because of resolution/graphic card, but now I have it happening when I open firefox...it beeps and when I change a tab it stops for a sec and then it beeps again..it only happened till now on ptc sites...have any idea what would it be and how to fix it? I have 1280x1024 resolution and I tried changing it to x960, but I don't like it, cause it seems too big, so I wanna keep it at x1024..any help?

it only indicates that the function of your computer, there are some sounds like two times or no sound at all indicates something is wrong when you turn on the computer. if you want to change the screen resolution so you can not impose in accordance with your wishes because there must be a match between the monitor with graphics card.

Similar thing happened to me like 2 weeks ago and my pc completely failed at a moment (I can't even boot it up). But after I left it for like hours, then I tried using it and amazingly, it's able to run normally. But looking from what you mentioned, there seems to be a few possibility, one would be your virtual memory is running out? (Maybe some experts here can give you a better clue)

As you say that your system make a beep sound..then i think..that it is RAM's sound.. either your ram make a problem or it being corrupted.. so it's make a beep sound..you may check your ram to a good hardware engineer.. or you can drop your ram on it's service center.. Or you called system engineer at your home..and they will check your system....and find this problem..and fixed it...thank you..
