I like walking in the drizzle,especially in the warm days.The air is very fresh and the weather is not cold, don't worry catch a cold, and you can feel the light rain falling on your face, your cloth...And i think it is romantic if walking in the drizzle with your lovers hand in hand.... I also think of one movie: SINGIN'IN THE RAIN.How wonderful...Isn't it?
