As Bishnoi samaj giving Padam shree award to Saif ali khan is wrong as there is a case of black deer hunting on him.

well first of all its padma sree and secondly there are lot of actors in the industry who are much mot experienced and more famous than saif ali khan..like amitabh bacchan,shah rikhn khan ,amir khan,hrithk roshan etc and if somebody at this moment do deserve PADMA SREE ITS AAMIR KHAN FOE THE BRILLIANT CONTRIBUTION TO THE WORLD OF BOOYWOOD IN THE LAST THREE YEARS

I agreed buddy that amir is more famous and better actor then Saif ali.
thats why he named for PADAM BHUSAN (whcih is bigger award then PADAM SHREE).
But my question is related to saif ali khan. Due to his case, whether he is eligible for PADAM SHREE or not.
