What is Link Exchange?

i just became addicted to gpts but im having a problem figuring out on what is link exchange's use? guys cant you give me an idea on link exchange? how will i use those accumulated points? its just increasing and increasing. thanks!

Either it's about your website link posted on another website so you get extra visits and a backlink. Or it is about useless junk traffic that will convert like *peep*.

The problem is that the traffic you receive from most link exchange programs isn't interested in your content as such the likeliness they'll buy things of off you or they subscribe for something is low, or as we internet marketeers say: The traffic isn't targeted therefore it doesn't convert.
