my neighbor is renovating his house and every morning and night we smell smoke from the. burning their debris. my sons are also complaining that they are being woke up early because of the noise.

thebestmom I would check on your city ordinances about noise early inthe morning as most cities do have some laws against it. also burning of debris might be against a lot of city ordinances,so go to city hall and ask about these or phone them and find out what laws are there to stop early morning noise pollution. also burning debris in some city is not allowed because of the air pollution. check with the city dads about these. your neighbor may be breaking the law and not know it.

few years ago when they always burn the leaves of their trees, i have already ask the authorities near our house but nothing happened. they even do the carpentry on sundays, when we are around, so that's worse..
