is helium.com a genuine site??????????????

hi guys i was surfing for different sites on net ...............i came across helium.com which sounds to be an interesting site...but their reviews are confusing because some have written good about it and some bad.......i am a bit jumbled up????????
does anybody know about it??or is a member???do tel me????

I'm a member but no longer active, because the money is so poor. I now write on HubPages instead - it takes a few months for earnings to start dribbling in, but once they do, they're substantially more than at Helium.
