How to gain weigth and muscles

most teenagers these days are skinny like me because of computer games that goes on their way making them skip meals, but not me, I am skinny, I eat a lot, I get as much sleep as I can but none of the things I've done made me gain some extra pounds. What do I have to do to gain and to buffen up? Is there anythings related to my metabolism being fast that's why I'm still skinny even though I eat much? Please help me on this one, I really want to have some muscles and to become more look like a 17-year old boy.

I think it is on the gene of your family.Try to exercise with dumbbell and try to eat vegetables and nutrient food.Also if you have personal trainer it willbe much better for guidance & help.
