Is there some kind of legal site where I can reveal scams?

I wonder if there is such a site, as I'd very much like to bring these type of sites down. Is there such a thing?

Yes , you can join a Forum called www.earnmoneyspace.com and here in the Forum Boards there is a section called complaints where members of the Forum participate and alert other members for SCAM sites . This is a huge forum to register your queries and complaints .
