I need help editing a discussion that I have already made.

I was just wondering if you could delete a discussion or edit a discussion after you've made it. I cant seem to find the edit or delete option anywhere. And also - do you get a specific amount of money every day no matter how many posts or discussions you make or do you get money based upon how many channel views you get that day or the number of people that respond to your discussion? Thanks for your help.
