Personal Payments Disabled!!!

Hi members, I noticed recently that I am unable to make personal payments to my referrals. What is wrong? Does anybody know regarding this? Are you facing the same problem. Please let me know.

Really? I've tried making some transfers a week ago, but lately I haven't tried. I'll try later. But I received payment transfer from one of online money making website a while ago. They used the same process and they succeeded. Just try again, maybe you would succeed too.

This is a follow up to what I said I will try to transfer some money from paypal to paypal... And I did it! There's no problem at all.

Oh, then is it only me who is facing the problem? Actually one of my friends is also facing the same problem. We both are from India, may be other indians are also facing it, lets check then. Thanks a lot for informing me!

Is your paypal account already verified or linked to your debit or credit card? Because if not yet, then they have maximum amount for you to accept and receive payments. Once you reached that, you can't make transactions not unless you verify it to your card.

I am talking about making personal payments from paypal to other paypal. It has been disabled for past few days. Does anyone know what can be the problem with paypal ? It is charging lot of fees for transfer through other payment type. There is zero charge for transfer using personal payment in paypal, but sadly it has been disabled.

I haven't really checked it but if that's the case then it's not good for them to disable it without notice
