What's the difference between the pure water and mineral water?

Hi,my dear friends.I have no idea about the difference between the pure water and mineral water.
They tastes make no difference,and I could tell mineral water have mineral components but pure water don't from their name.But in fact,what about something deeper?Do good to health?Which one is better? Any professional ideas?
