The beginning of a successful life starts with our health. So our first priority is to maintain our physical health. So how do we maintain our physical health? Well for starters. The kinds of foods we eat,and our daily habits. We have to try to live stress free as much as possible. Our mental state is very much related to our physical. It's vitally important to develope a good mental well being. Secondly learning the kinds of food we should be eating,to help us to maintain optimal health. Doing daily exercise and breaking of bad habits like smoking and drinking alcohol. How do we expect to stay healthy when we're eating all these junk, and living in a care free way. Remember we are what we eat. Research has shown that eating a diet rich in a variety of vegetables and fruits, as a part of an overall healthy diet, may reduce the risk for serious chronic disease like stroke, coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Being healthy means having a healthy heart and a body that function properly. Working to avoid high cholesterol, high blood pressure, being over weight and smoking. Diabetes is a disease that is quite popular in some society. No one talks about beating diabetes, everyone seems to be content with finding ways to control diabetes,or live diabetes. Diabetes prevention does not have to be difficult. Simple steps of diet improvement, supplementation and getting more physically active. To our good health.

I'll cheer for this! Lifestyle is one thing and the reason of all the natural/organic food in the market now. But we often forget a good food should be coupled with exercise and tripled with minimizing (for a start; if can't eliminate) bad healthy habits. For a good health to all of us!

Hello rastosh and welcome to myLot. To add to what you said about getting healthy one needs to pass by those fast food establishments that are so handy. There seems to be so many people that don't know how to cook and in my opinion this puts their and their families health at risk because they will either go to the fast foods or prepackaged foods that aren't very healthy.

not only foods that we can make us healthy.we also need exercise to get rid of the excess fats that came from the food we eat.we cant really avoid the foods that is not healthy for us and the only thing we can do to make our body healthy is to minimize the intake of such dangerous foods and also lots of exercise for our body.

hi,Health is wealth.if we hav good health then we would have good mind.if a persons wealth is lost then nothing is lost,but if health is lost then some thing is lost but character is lost means then everything is lost.So Character is very important.
