Raw foodism or rawism is a daily routine diet style which promotes un-cooked, un-processed, and often organic foods as the major diet. Raw food diet enthusiasts characteristically consider this: the more raw food diet you consume, the greater the health benefits. The raw food diet is a diet that comprises of unprocessed and uncooked plant foods, such as fresh fruit and vegetables, sprouts, seeds, nuts, grains, beans, dried fruit, seaweed and so on. I'd like to eat vegetable which don't be cooked, just boil it in water, no oil, put a little spice on it. Especially in summer I often eat like this. And you? Do you like this cooking style?

I've heard about this, too- some people call it "the raw foods diet."
Peeling and cutting, and well as boiling and other forms of heat often deplinish a lot of the natural nutrients in food, and this "Raw foods diet" is supposed to be super nutritious and healthy.
I could never do it myself, though. I am a vegeterian, but I really do not like that "crunch" that many raw fruits and vegetables have- my veggies have to be cooked. w

I don't usually. I am not a huge fruits and veggies fan, so it is difficult for me to eat them raw. If I do, I have to have some dressing or something. I am not a huge seaweed fan either. Something about the texture bothers me, but if you have any raw food "recipes" that are particularly good for beginers to this kind of diet, let me know, because I am always willing to try something new.

yes i do. I like blanched vegetables. It is really healthy and has good benefits to out organ systems. It is a big help to our digestion since they have high fiber content and fibers help clean our digestive system. Though I have to cook meat even once in a days meal i binge so much on fruits. As a person who grew up with lots of fruits around i cant help but munch on it every time. Fruits especially citrusy once helps energize our body. Helps flush out toxins in our system as well.
