What are your plans for Valentines Day?

As for me, my Valentine Day plans would be staying at home with my boyfriend. We would just cook several dishes and dine at home. Afterward, we can either meet up with our other friends or just watch some nice sappy movies. We would then just have a nice romantic date at an elegant and expensive restaurant 2 to 3 days after Feb.14. We do this every year because we want to avoid the crush and the crowd that is normal on Valentines Day, not to mention the sky-rocketing prices at restaurants and hotels on this particular day. As for a Valentines gift, I still have not found one to give to my boyfriend. I am already running out of ideas.

Yes. Your valentine date is nicer and more unique than the usual stuff that couples do on valentine day. =)

I have no plan for vals day. no boyfriend n no friends. Most people here celebrate it but none of my close friends celebrate it. I think nothing special on Feb,14 b'coz for me everyday is like vals day. No particular day to express our love, we can do it everyday.

I totally agree with you. I guess valentines day was just made into too much hype. As long as this day is spent with a loved one, it is already enough.

You know I'm still not sure what it is we'll do that that. My husband always says that every day is like Valentine's Day for us because we're always very affectionate with one another, and feel that you don't need a holiday to express your love for someone. We'll probably just go somewhere for dinner and that's about it.

He's right. I share the same opinion as him. Every day should be like valentines day to couples. It should not be just once a year.

I will celebrate Chinese New Year for Valentine's Day. :D Seriously, I mean it. It's not a joke. First, I will wake up and go to the washroom and brush my teeth. Then I will greet my family members. Then, I will eat lunch at my place with my family. Then, I will eat supper with my family. After that, I will brush my teeth and go back to sleep. Oh yeah. I will also receive red pockets and give away some.

Oh yeah, I forgot. This year's Chinese New Year also falls on Feb. 14. that is why I expect more people than the usual to go out and dine at restaurants. It will be a jam-packed day and night at the restaurants.
