What's your opinion about "Don't Talk To Stranger"?

"Don't Talk To Stranger" is the familiar statement that I always heard from the movie (hollywood). And I think many people use that statement to their kid for some reason, but in my hometown, we are always welcome to the stranger who come to us.
What about you?

For some reason talking to stranger is not safe anymore. But I do believe that not all stranger are bad people or they have something like bad characters. Maybe it's because of some movies tat we see on cinemas or some stranger really do harm to some people they meet. So it's better to be safe and cautious or be sorry in the end.

no i dont think that taliking to strangers is a serious problem,
but i would say that dont belive on strangers.
