Recently, i joined "actively" in an auction site. I won several merchandise. but the money i spent in winning the merchandise is more than the merchandise cost. Basically i lost more than i gain. Now i now its not worth it. And worse thing is, now i notice some "user"/Bidder are not actually user/bidder. They seems to be some one from the company or perhaps a bot or some kind. When the bidding starts to end, it started to activate itself, and start bidding. I notice this when the site is losing money from the auction. How they lose money. Well for each bid people spent let say $1 and if the merchandise cost about $100, but the bidder is a sole bidder, meaning the site lose $99. Do you get what i mean? Lately, the site lose money coz lesser people join in bidding. especially items that are less popular , such as a vacuum cleaner, an earphone. When these items are open for bidding, it seems that a "someone' or "something" start bidding, which using a username saw awkward like ****85423. and the number, so far, have never been the same. But there are a bunch of it and i managed to notice a few of them. What do you think?

True enough. I tried coz the item on auction was so tempting. Example and Apple Iphone, instead of (example) $550, been sold at $10. Who in the world wouldnt want that right? ... lucky i got out of it before i lose more.
