Drinking plenty of water

The best tip for health is drinking lots of water through out the day.If its little warm/hot its better .Good for the entire system of our body and very healthy.How often we drink water with out feeling thirsty.We should make an habit of drinking water irrespective of weather. It cleanses our system, purifies blood and good for skin and hair.

i heard from a study that we don't necessarily need to drink 8 glassfuls of water everyday. when we feel thirsty, that's the time to drink. but in my opinion, it is still better to keep a bottle of water in your bag to keep you refreshed and hydrated. we all know the benefits of water. i see that you're new too in mylot! happy mylotting!!!

I do drink a lot of water. I drinks more than 10 glass of water a day. Yes, as you may asked, i go to toilet as often as the number i drinks. But it helps my body to clean itself, that's what the doctor told me. Plus, i have been in this habit for quite sometime, and i don't fal sick quite often, i noticed. If i ever fall sick, it would be just for one to two days, sheldom more than that. Thank god for that. But, even the doctors advice us, to drink a lot of water. It helps a lot, including to maintain body temperature.
