I watched this documentary on ITV4 and I think you might be interested as well. I have always been wandering why our roads get icy when snow comes. Why the council people don't shove the snow from the roads and so many whys. There is a video clip available until 24 of February. I could not relate to that because here in the Philippines we are actually bracing for a very hot summer season because of the ongoing El Nino Phenomenon. We are bracing for water shortage also because of lack of rain on our part and many rice fields are fast drying up. I think we experiencing a complete opposite but I think somewhere along the way there is a connection why our climate is behaving like that.
