Duplicate IP???

Hi friends, A ptc site warns me that my account is marked as "Duplicate IP". I don't know what Duplicate IP means. I never duplicate anything regarding to my IP or server details. I don't know whether someone has duplicated my IP. I don't know what is going on. I ever heard the issue about my internet server that the server provides shared IP address so that an IP address could be used by their several customers(users). So, what's the solution? How to overcome this problem? What should I do??? I have no knowledge about the internet, So, Pls help me n give me the explanation in simple language. Thank you so much.
