When i was was much younger i got wash away because of disobedience. Now looking back at things i often laughed at how silly i was. Have you ever been washed away by water before and how do you relate to the situation?

Hi, damalimcpherson. Do you mean like baptism? No, this has never happened to me before. I would like to get baptized though. The type of washed away that you had was very brutal like. I am very sorry that you had to experience an punishment for disobedience like this.

I almost got washed out to sea once. A little over 10 years ago, I was in Bonaire and a huge wave I never saw coming slammed me against a cliff. I remember thinking, as I was being churned around underwater, "So this is what it's like to drown". Contrary to popular belief, my life did not flash before eyes. Luckily for me, the water receded and left me behind. I was literally cut from head to foot by being whipped repeatedly by the water against the cliff. My companions took me to the only hospital on the island where a little boy asked if I'd been attacked by sharks. !!! Final count: stitches in the head, 3 broken ribs, shredded knee and hip, and numerous cuts of which I still bear the scars. We won't even talk about the pain. To this day, whenever I see a picture of waves crashing against rocks or a jetty, it gives me the heebie-jeebies. *shivers*
