I got my EON card but I can't login?

Can somebody help me? I already have my EON card I called UnionBank if its already active and they said yes. I enrolled my card to ebanking from their site. I fill up the necessary information. I forgot to put my email..(didn't see it), Now after registering I click okay and when I tried to log in it says "Please enter a valid Card Number or User Id". What went wrong? Can someone help. Thank you.

Hi nykel88,It was happen to me when i've got my eon card.Like you i was called the bank office where i've applied.They reffer me to the main office.Just look at in your eon card,you will find a tel.#.That # is in there main office and call. They will explain to you.Just try and good Luck!

Okay. Does is your EON already active? I really like to open my EON and link it to paypal so bad. I'm going to deposit first 200 pesos at least I can talk to the information about it maybe they have some information. Thank you Hazel.

You can login after 48 hours if i'm not mistaken.
