What would you do if you were grabbed in the crouch like Beckham??

Was wondering what an average man or someone else do if he were to be grabbed in the crouch by a lady or even a fellow man ...in the open! I know faces will turn red or more...
I know a lady would have seen it as opportunity to make money via the court...right?

It would be terrible if done by a man but ok if done by a lady specially if she was someone I didn't know!
