Hi,everyone In China,as we all know,the new year's day (14/02/2010) is coming.Each family prepare something for the holiday.and In the west country,the valentine's day is also the same day.In spite of you are a chinese or a foreign,what activities you will take, and how to spend the holiday. Here the Chinese New Year atmosphere is not so strong yet. It is just as normal as usual. I think perhaps we will have a relaxing time during this holiday. We will eat and sleep well:) I love China

Haha...wesley, how coincident this year! Both Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day are the same. A few months ago, when I got this info from a friend in the first place, I was so surprised. But for me, Chinese tradition is more important, so I will stay with my family, and do everything following CNY tradition. You know, in China, we have another day to celebrate love relationship. So...Wish you a happy Chinese New Year in advanced!

Hi Wesley, Happy Chinese New Year to you! I am from South of China, and yes, i know everyone in my hometown is perparing the goods, candies, cookies for chinese new year. It's the big festival for every Chinese people, no matter you are in China or your are aboard. My workmates are busying booking the tickets to go home.
