Help needed finding a pay per click site

Hi, I am trying to find an affiliate programme that pays its affiliates for sending visitors to its customers websites. I don't want ones that require a sale in order to earn commission, just visits. I have heard that many companies pay up to 50 cents for a site visit or sales lead, but I can't seem to find them. I have found a few, but they are for adult themed websites, which I have no interest in promoting. There must be some more ethical companies paying for sales leads somewhere. I would be grateful for any info on anything you may know about this. Many thanks!
