Its ok you have manage your data and laptop but I think you should maintain you computer by removing temp files, cleanup disk , defragment disc regularly for better performance.

It was only a couple months ago that we had to reinstall everything onto my computer and I am working hard to keep everything on it and on my two external hard drives. On my old computer it was difficult if not impossible to do, but now I am finding it far easier because I started trying to keep my things organized from the moment that I fired up the new computer. I am able to find everything that I need in only a matter of seconds.

I wish I was brave enough to delete and begin over with re-installation or new installation. I am afraid I would botch it! But yes, our computers get cluttered and bogged down quickly enough, and files get mis-located or corrupted, so I imagine it will be like having a brand new computer for you :)
