There are many different poses in Yoga, some of which are quite difficult. There is one special pose that I've never learned, which everyone has seen and very few can do. Its the Head Stand, and I've been working on it for a while. This pose is difficult because one must learn to balance the body while standing on the head. It takes a strong neck and a weak mind to stand there balanced on your head with only the hands for support. I hope to learn to perform this pose in the near future.

Is patience considered a strength? I spend a lot of my time being rather stressed out. I mean, I have 5 kids that I'm with pretty much 24/7. The youngest is currently going through that "get into everything" stage which is really making me crazy!! When the older 3 are home from school the little 2 do nothing but cry for whatever reason. You know I never find out because they're too young to explain what happened and the older 3 are really good at lying and nobody rats each other out. I realized recently I need to learn how to relax. I mean sure I sit and watch a bit of TV everynight after the kids go to bed, but I hold that stress right up until bedtime. Some nights when hubby comes home from work I can't even discuss the kids because I'm still so stressed about them. Holding that stress isn't good for any of us, and I've been thinking lately about how stress can prohibit (sp?) weight loss. I need to work on releasing it, or not letting it work me up in the first place. Not sure if that's really a strength to work on, but it is something I want to start working on.

Yes my dear friend, Patience and Tolerance are both strengths. I have enough trouble keeping my patience with just one child that is getting too everything, and I remember when I was the liar, and what my brothers did to me, even though they got in trouble for that too, when I ratted on them. It was always safer to not see anything. I appreciate you, and hope my questions over the last few days have really made you feel great about yourself...Next time you have a firm measurable goal, and want a little help achieving it, hit me up...What I am learning during this 90 day challenge is a-flipping-mazing. Cheers.

Sounds like a valiant goal! MyLot, is the perfect place, especially when you ask your fellow "lotters" to assist you in your grammar and punctuation, and what not. I appreciate you.

I would like to be able to develop better interpersonal relationships. I tend to be a follower rather than a leader when it comes to my relationships with other people and I would like to be able to become more of an extrovert when it comes to the relationships that I maintain with other people. This is something that I am trying to do by initiating conversations with other people and trying to grow in the right direction.

Awesome that is a wonderful thing to work towards. A great leader, is an awesome follower. Keep that in mind, but you are yellow, and as such think a touch differently. You just want to help and care for people, and take rejection too hard. It makes it a little more difficult to get close to someone, though you want nothing more then to love and be loved. Have you read anything on personality types? A little investment in learning about that would do wonders for your relationship building. Check it out at one of my favorite websites, http://mffaudios.info, and listen to the colors to success. I love and appreciate you.
