BUX ee is under system maintenance???!!!

Bux ee is a PTC website i just registered a short time ago. i have reviewed many comments on this website, and was convinced it is worth trying. However, only two days afters my registration, the wesdite anounced it is under system maintenance, and all services are stopped. is this wedsite just a scam? anyone here noticed this or know the website?
