A friend recommended me to try it out. I'm sorta lost though, noob question: how do I upload a picture? Lol. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to MyLot. It does take a while to find your way around but it's quickly learned. Try responding to discussions first to get the feel of it. MyLot pays according to the quality of your participation which includes responding, commenting and creating discussions.
It is very important to read the Guidelines and the FAQs. The Guidelines will show you what is allowed and what is not and the FAQs will answer most of the questions that newcomers have (including how to upload photos).
